Saputo Inc. in Montreal, QC, is seeking a part-time Representative, Customer Service, for a 12-month contract.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, you will act as a company ambassador and connect customers with internal teams in a fast-paced environment. You will work cross-functionally with distribution, warehousing, supply chain, and sales; handle inquiries, key orders, and plan deliveries while maintaining Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P.'s quality standards.

Qualifications

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills; excellent telephone manner is essential.
• Excellent data entry skills – speed and accuracy a must.
• Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment both independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/French required; communication in both languages.
• Grade 12 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Keying orders, route verifications, and handling customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Work cross-functionally with distribution, warehousing, supply chain & sales.
• Assist with special deliveries, delivery planning, and promotional/holiday planning; special projects as assigned.
• Display competence, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.

Overview of the role:

Saputo is seeking a passionate Representative, Customer Service, for an existing opportunity for temporary part-time 12-month contract within our organization. Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, this role will act as a Company ambassador and liaison between our valuable customers and internal departments, in a fast-paced, team environment.

How you will make contributions that matter:

• Working cross functionally with distribution, warehousing, supply chain & sales
• Participate in driving customer value, above and beyond sales
• Assisting team members with related duties such as special deliveries, delivery planning, promotional and holiday planning; special projects as required or assigned
• Keying orders, route verifications, handling customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Display competence, courtesy, and professionalism at all times
• Support and maintain Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P.’s quality standards

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• One-year experience in a telephone sales / customer service environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent telephone manner is essential
• Excellent data entry skills – speed and accuracy a must
• Strong time-management, organizational, analytical and leadership skills
• Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
• Bilingual is a requirement

As part of their duties, the position holder will be required to communicate and collaborate in English and French, both orally and in writing, with colleagues or other stakeholders located in Québec, elsewhere in Canada, or across North America.

Salary:

$28665 - $37605 (part-time 25 hours per week)

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
