This position requires a clinically strong individual who can provide reliable, responsive support to a high‐volume surgical program. The role demands a high level of accessibility and flexibility, as the Account Manager must be prepared to assist with scheduled procedures as well as unexpected trauma cases that arise within the program. Beyond clinical case support, the CST is responsible for managing the territory with an ownership mindset. This includes building strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, ensuring consistent clinical excellence in the operating room, and identifying opportunities to support the continued growth and development of the neurosurgery and spine program on Vancouver Island.
