Overview
Accountable for providing professional representation of Konica Minolta Products, Services & Solutions to prospective and existing customers specific to the Shared Service Canada WTD Printing Products National Master Standing Offer. The role will assist with the activities required to support the compliancy and deliverables as outlined in the contract terms and conditions as well as meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. The position will support clients through phone, e‑mail, and portal activities each day assisting with the administration and support of the WTD contract.
Responsibilities
- Support all incoming inquiries and requests from departments and agencies who utilize the WTD NMSO Contract.
- Provide customized price quotes to Government of Canada departments and agencies following the structure of the NMSO catalogue pricing model.
- Responsible for vetting all incoming NMSO orders to ensure accuracy of data.
- Collaborate with administrative team to process orders.
- Track and report order progress through to final deployment.
- Maintain contact with current customers to ensure client satisfaction as well as identify potential opportunities and upgrades. Notify appropriate KM resources of the opportunities.
- Effectively manage and develop relationships with various lead sources.
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists and initiatives within defined departments and agencies.
- Provide prompt and diligent follow‑up of all sales leads.
- Maintain detailed account activity records in CRM.
- Support Federal Government Program Manager with day‑to‑day contract maintenance activities.
- Assist with Quarterly Catalogue Price Refresh Activities, working with Government Program Manager and Pricing team.
- Assist with catalogue maintenance as instructed.
- Prepare and report on sales activity within the WTD Catalogue.
- Monitor KM and competitive positions in all categories on the WTD Catalogue to ensure eligibility status.
- Assist the Account Manager and Government Program Manager with DISO related responses.
- Review data prior to uploading to Service Delivery Portal.
- Provide Service Delivery Portal training and assist clients with portal related questions.
- Represent Konica Minolta ethically to our clients to ensure all details of the sales transaction are accurately understood by both parties. Promote prompt order processing and minimize the necessity for subsequent sales rep involvement.
- Attend scheduled meetings with existing clients when requested to provide support and assistance with identified action items.

Qualifications
- Security Screening Requirement: The successful candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Reliability Status personal security clearance with the Government of Canada. Employment is conditional upon obtaining this status.
- Ability to work independently and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrate high professional composure when managing urgent client escalations to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
- Professional and responsive sales orientated approach to all matters.
- Approach every opportunity to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite with a strong competence in Excel.
- Fully bilingual in French & English (preferred)
- Post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Former inside sales, tele sales or a call‑center experience is an asset.
- Experience and knowledge with Government Sales and Contract Management.
- Experience in the IT or Office Equipment Industry preferred.
Compensation Range: CAD $48,490.52 - CAD $69,704.00 annually.
