• Ability to translate non-technical input into developer-ready specifications and communicate technical constraints clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enhancements across front and back office trading platforms supporting Repo and Securities Lending operations.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops with traders and back-office users; own SDLC from design to production deployment.
• Provide day-to-day application support and coordinate with global teams across time zones.
