• 1–3 years of Fixed Income Operations or Settlements experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Repo margin call process.
• Good understanding of Fixed Income products.
• Knowledge of Triparty collateral processes/platforms, including BNY, JPMorgan, Euroclear and/or Clearstream.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income settlement through DTCC/DTC, BNY and/or GSCC.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with macros.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily Repo portfolio margin analysis and process margin calls as required.
• Review regulatory margin reports and process margin calls related to FINRA 4210 margin deficits.
• Monitor Repo counterparty exposures and ensure incoming and outgoing margin calls are completed within required timelines.
• Investigate and communicate margin discrepancies or exceptions to Front Office and management.
• Address and confirm incoming Repo Margin Audit Requests.
• Support collateral and cash requirements associated with Repo financing activity.
• Coordinate with Central Funding, Front Office, settlement teams, Product Control and external counterparties.
• Support settlement and collateral activity through relevant clearing and Triparty platforms.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure daily controls and operational requirements are completed.
• Work independently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid, 4 days onsite

Duration: 6 months

Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET, with flexibility to remain until daily functions are completed

Rate: $35–$42/hr

Role Overview

Seeking a Repo Collateral Analyst to support daily Repo margin and collateral activities within a global collateral management environment.

The role will perform daily margin analysis across Repo portfolios, process margin calls, monitor regulatory margin requirements and work closely with Front Office, Funding Operations and external counterparties to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely collateral coverage.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Fixed Income Operations or Settlements experience.
• Hands‑on knowledge of the Repo margin call process.
• Good understanding of Fixed Income products.
• Knowledge of Triparty collateral processes/platforms, including BNY, JPMorgan, Euroclear and/or Clearstream.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income settlement through DTCC/DTC, BNY and/or GSCC.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with macros.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with APEX, ICI and/or ADP/BPS.
• Previous Repo financing or collateral management experience within a large financial institution.
• Experience working directly with Front Office or funding desks.
• Experience supporting regulatory margin requirements, including FINRA 4210.
• Broader collateral management or OTC derivatives operations experience.
