Job summary

Foodland in Antigonish, Nova Scotia is seeking a friendly Grocery Department supervisor to provide customer service, oversee staff in the absence of the Grocery Manager, and contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

You will handle daily grocery orders, merchandising, sanitation, and adherence to company standards while developing team skills and ensuring efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a grocery/retail environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
