The Repair Technician is responsible for inspecting and repairing multiple customer ophthalmic instruments. This also includes repair and inspection of returned products, loaner inventory, and show units and providing technical support to call center and internal teams. Have previous knowledge of medical equipment preventative maintenance. This customer-focused role supports both customers’ needs and company policies. Focusing on time management, critical thinking, quality, and being able to work under minimal supervision. Must be proficient at written communication, i.e., estimates and follow-ups within internal protocols. This position is required to be on-site at our Waterloo, ON location.
