Job summary

Richardson International is seeking a Repair & Maintenance Lead for the Dunvegan Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre in Rycroft, AB. You will contribute to safe, efficient, and profitable operations of grain handling and crop input facilities, overseeing repair and maintenance with in-house and contracted teams.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, strong communication, and attention to detail. A valid driver's licence is essential; agricultural background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy.
• A valid driver's licence is required.
• An agricultural background would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities.
• Ensure safe, efficient and profitable operation of facilities with in-house and contract resources.
• Collaborate with team to manage maintenance programs and respond to issues as they arise.

We currently have an opportunity for a Repair & Maintenance Lead at our Dunvegan Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Rycroft, AB. As a Repair & Maintenance Lead, you contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of grain handling and/or crop input facilities. You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, utilizing both in-house and contract maintenance resources.
