Position Overview

Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Assiniboia, SK. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising skilled trades staff in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in work order planning and scheduling
• Manage the establishment and implementation preventative and corrective operational maintenance programs
• Train staff

Qualifications

• Millwright trade license or Mechanical Engineer supplemented with a minimum of 5 years millwright experience
• Demonstrated attention to workplace safety
• Previous supervisory experience
• Solid knowledge of computerized maintenance management software
• Willingness to perform shift work and overtime as required
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
