Position: Rental Sales Representative

Major Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers through demonstrations, presentations, and follow-up support.
• Prepare estimates, bids, and manage delivery and installation logistics.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and product innovations.
• Support rental and location customers and perform related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of customer service and sales experience, preferably in transportation.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual (French/English) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, and meet vision requirements necessary for the role.
