Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring at our Nova Scotia airport counters. You will rent cars and sell products/services, process contracts, listen to customers, and upsell to enhance their travel experience while delivering excellent service.

We offer on-the-job training, a competitive hourly wage with a monthly commission plan, employee discounts, and a fast-paced team environment. Flexibility to work all shifts is required, and prior real estate or retail sales experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Professional, engaging personality.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• 6 months real estate or retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Rent cars and sell Avis Budget Group products/services at airport rental counters.
• Process contracts and listen to identify customer needs; upsell for enhanced travel experience.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth rental transactions.
