Job summary

Autism Services is seeking a Rental Technician to assist clients in identifying equipment needs, perform repairs and maintenance, and manage rental equipment from rig up to return. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, safety, and efficient operation in field environments.

The successful candidate will work with a range of surface rental equipment, participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings, and support management in day-to-day TOR operations.

Responsibilities

• The Rental Technician will be responsible for assisting clients identify equipment needs; equipment repair and maintenance, rig up/out of rental equipment, processing equipment returns, completing inspections and necessary equipment cleaning.
• Utilizing a superior understanding of the clients needs to provide exceptional customer service to form good working relationships with clients
• Have experience working on a wide variety of surface rental equipment including tanks, pumps, wellsite accommodations, etc.
• Demonstrate ongoing commitment to high quality product and customer satisfaction
• Look for and identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste and reduce company costs
• Troubleshoot, solve and repair equipment in the field or ask competent coworker to assist to solve issues quickly
• Assist service personnel with SOP and technical support
• Participate in daily toolbox talk, weekly operations meetings and monthly safety meetings
• Assist management in day to day operations in all aspects for TOR requirements, including other items not mentioned above
• The Rental Technician will be responsible to take direction from the Branch Manager (Dispatch)
