Vail Resorts in Whistler, BC is hiring for winter 2026/27 as Rental Associates across multiple shops. Both full-time and part-time seasonal roles are available, with a starting wage of $20 per hour. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to join a world-class guest-service team are offered.

Responsabilités

• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May include cashiering and retail sales responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $20/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

A Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations
