Job summary

Sosna Inc. in Vaughan, GTA, is seeking a results-driven Salesperson / Project Advisor. You’ll be the client’s main contact from first contact through final walkthrough, selling renovation projects and guiding clients through design and construction.

You'll build your pipeline, call past clients for referrals, and own a clear sales process. You’ll collaborate with design and PM teams, coordinate site visits, and keep Buildertrend updated to ensure what’s sold is built.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience in residential renovation, construction, or interior design.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Sharp attention to detail; budgeting accuracy matters.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for business. Generate own leads and follow up quickly.
• Call past clients and ask for referrals regularly.
• Set your own targets and hit them; forecast progress.
• Ask direct questions to uncover budget, timeline, and decision-makers.
• Run a clear sales process with defined outcomes for every conversation.
• Stay involved after the sale with design, PM coordination, and site visits.
• Keep Buildertrend updated for every change and selection.
