Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Systems or Renewable Energy.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical engineering; at least 2 years in renewable energy.
• Proficiency in power system simulation software (PVSyst, ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory).
• Strong understanding of grid interconnection requirements and energy storage systems.
• Experience with AC/DC converters and power electronics is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for renewable energy generation facilities, including solar PV and wind turbines.
• Perform power system studies, including grid interconnection analysis, load flow, and protection studies.
• Select and specify electrical equipment such as inverters, transformers, switchgear, and cabling.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and renewable energy regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to oversee installation and commissioning.
