The team is composed of diverse talent dedicated to creating on-ice experiences that connect gamers worldwide through play.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and enhance core rendering pipelines, shading systems, and visual effects tools to adapt across expanding target hardware environments, including targeted refactoring to improve iteration times and maintainability.
  • Work within established graphics abstractions and modular subsystems to allow feature sets and visual workloads to adapt across diverse target hardware configurations.
  • Partner closely with Technical Artists, Art Directors, Gameplay Engineers, and Core Engine teams to turn creative visual concepts into performant real-time features.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks across GPU/CPU utilization, frame budgets, and memory usage using standard profiling tools.

  • Working knowledge of C++ and object-oriented programming, paired with hands-on experience writing and modifying shaders in HLSL.
  • Familiarity with modern low-level graphics APIs (e.g., DirectX 12, Vulkan, or platform graphics interfaces).
  • Experience using graphics profilers and debuggers (e.g., PIX, RenderDoc, Nsight, or engine profilers) to diagnose issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphics Programming, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in utilizing AI-assisted development tools (e.g., coding agents) to rapid prototype, accelerate execution and automate workflows, with the ability to critically review and validate AI-generated code.
Benefits & Perks
  • Vacation: 3 weeks per year to start.
