Geseron Employment Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Vocational Report Specialist (VRS) for a part-time, work-from-home position in Canada.

You will review a client’s education, training, experience, and restrictions to determine transferable occupational options that meet earning requirements and SVP considerations. Responsibilities include in-depth file reviews, analyzing restrictions, researching alternatives, and producing detailed vocational reports (TSA, LMR) per GEC guidelines within set

Qualificações

• Experience in vocational rehabilitation using Canadian government resources (e.g., NOC).
• Strong technical writing skills with redacted example work.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Review in-depth client files and documents including medical information and job descriptions.
• Assess how restrictions/limitations affect previous occupation and identify feasible options.
• Research transferable occupations based on file factors and labour market trends.
• Prepare detailed reports (e.g., TSA, LMR) per guidelines within set timeframes.
