Acuity Insights in Canada is seeking Video Interviews Raters to help admissions teams see applicants beyond grades. You’ll review and score applicant video responses, completing onboarding and ongoing training from anywhere in Canada.

This role offers flexible scheduling, monthly payments via Plooto, and the chance to contribute to fair, evidence-based admissions decisions while fitting around your life.

Qualifications

• Canadian citizen residing in Canada.
• Own a desktop or laptop computer.
• Strong written communication and proactive in raising issues.
• No plans to apply to a program using Acuity products in the next 2–3 years.
• Soft skills: communication, self-awareness, professionalism, empathy.

Responsibilities

• Become a certified Rater through onboarding training.
• Complete ongoing training and annual recertification.
• Review video responses and assign scores per guidelines.
• Provide feedback to improve the Video Interviews tool and content.
