Job summary

360training is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Marketing team. This role combines marketing asset creation with UI design for web experiences, collaborating with stakeholders and developers to deliver cohesive brand visuals.

You will refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, while contributing to design systems and ensuring accessibility. This full-time remote position emphasizes fast-paced, cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of design experience in marketing, web, or agency settings.
• Portfolio showing marketing creatives and UX/UI work.
• Proficient in Figma for UX/UI design and prototyping, plus Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of front-end constraints (responsive behavior, basic HTML/CSS).
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• User-centered, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing assets and web UI elements that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Develop user-centered UI designs for responsive web experiences.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides.
• Review outputs for usability, accessibility, and quality.
• Identify usability issues by reviewing live pages and competitor experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to implement designs.
• Organize project files and design assets for easy cross-team access.
• Participate in sprint planning and complete design-related tickets.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and justify design decisions.
