Job summary

Super.com is seeking a Winter 2027 UX Research Intern to join the UXR Team. You will design and run studies, recruit participants, and help translate insights into product decisions that guide roadmaps.

Collaborating with Product Designers, Content, and PMs, you’ll use mixed methods, stay curious, and learn rapidly in a supportive, remote-first environment. Term runs Jan 4, 2027 – Apr 30, 2027.

Candidates across Canada with a minimum 6-hour ET overlap and a 40-hour work week are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing research studies with cross-functional partners.
• Manage screening, recruiting and scheduling of participants.
• Develop research plans and materials with team oversight.
• Transcribe, tag and synthesize findings using AI tools.
• Analyze findings, identify themes, and communicate recommendations.
