• Post-secondary education in Fashion Merchandising/Design, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in trend forecasting, product development, merchandising, or related retail role.
• Experience researching and interpreting consumer, fashion, product, and retail trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and communicate seasonal trends, colour palettes and concept themes informing assortment decisions across Fashion and Home.
• Develop trend presentations and seasonal direction tools that align buyers and support trend-right product decisions.
• Collaborate with internal partners, vendors and external trend resources to validate trend direction.
