Job summary

Bankjoy is seeking a Product Manager for the Vendor Integration team to own PRDs, vendor decisions, and roadmaps across fintech connections. You will drive end-to-end vendor diligence from first call to UAT and go-live, shaping how vendors join our platform.

You will document requirements, gather open questions, and coordinate with authentication, core banking, and product squads to deliver enterprise-grade integrations and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager on a B2B platform, with at least 2 years in integrations, payments, or fintech infrastructure.
• Managed vendor relationships where vendor processes set the schedule.
• Wrote clearly and concisely; ready to provide a writing sample.

Responsibilities

• Own every PRD, vendor decision, and roadmap call for the vendor integration space.
• Lead vendor evaluations, certifications, pilots, and production rollouts with clients.
• Coordinate with authentication, banking core, and product teams to align vendor tech.
• Document features, guides, and release notes for clients.
