Equilibrium is seeking a Technical Lead, Mine Waste to head geotechnical investigations, design, and delivery for tailings and mine waste projects. You will guide technical quality, mentor staff, and grow client relationships while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across global offices.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in geotechnical engineering, with tailings dam experience, strong leadership, and willingness to travel to mine sites as required.

Qualifications

10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience in mining or mine waste.
Experience in tailings dams and waste rock structures.
Demonstrated leadership and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

Lead geotechnical investigations, design, and project delivery for mine waste.
Provide technical direction and uphold industry best practices.
Mentor junior staff and develop client relationships.
Support business development and proposals for the Mine Waste practice.
