Job summary

Indero, a CRO specialized in clinical trials, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with hiring managers in attracting top talent across North America. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, shape the talent strategy, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

The role offers remote work anywhere in Canada or from Montreal headquarters, with occasional travel to the office. You will develop sourcing plans, drive employer branding, and provide analytics to HR partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of in-house recruiting experience
• Experience with ATS and candidate sourcing

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and candidate experience
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and sourcing plans
• Coach managers on recruitment best practices
• Coordinate postings and move candidates through ATS
• Source talent using appropriate channels
• Prepare offers and onboarding support
• Produce recruiting analytics and reports
