Job summary

Indero is a Canada-based CRO offering flexible, remote-friendly work with Montreal HQ. We seek a Project Manager, Vendor Management to lead end-to-end clinical study coordination and vendor oversight across startup, conduct, and closeout phases.

You will manage vendor scope, timelines, budgets and quality, collaborating with Sponsors and internal teams, while enforcing SOPs and regulatory standards and driving risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in a field related to clinical research.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing clinical studies.
• Experience coordinating clinical trial management activities.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA and Canadian regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Sponsor, vendors and internal team.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines across departments.
• Oversee site activation and vendor services with timelines.
• Manage vendor budgets, scope, and invoices.
• Ensure SOPs and regulatory requirements are met.
• Support change control and risk management.
