Job summary

Axon is seeking a Strategic Project Manager for Canada to oversee the deployment of enterprise-grade products. You will work with business and IT leaders to define vision, scope and delivery timelines, while managing stakeholders and ensuring documentation supports revenue recognition.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s in IT, and familiarity with Agile practices. Remote in Canada with 30% travel; base pay ranges CAD 108,300–173,280.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or applicable technical engineering.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience using technical PM tracking tools to ensure project tracking and completion.
• Experience delivering device deployment, infrastructure or enterprise applications projects.
• Ability to work strategically in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines (Agile).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manages deployment from small accounts to complex enterprise-grade product deployments.
• Oversees project-level change management with client partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ensures milestones and deadlines are met with documentation supporting revenue recognition.
• Defines vision, scope and delivery timelines with business and IT leaders.
• Defines project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
• Supports work estimation in project planning.
• Manages stakeholders including Axon vendors/subcontractors.
