Job summary

Sutherland is hiring Sports Specialists to support fans of major American sports from home. You will help fans stream games, create fantasy accounts, and navigate digital sports platforms with patience and problem-solving skills.

The role requires excellent English communication, a year of customer service experience, and comfort with Microsoft tools in a fast-paced remote environment. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and comfortable with website/digital navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to sports fans across digital platforms.
• Educate fans to accomplish tasks like streaming games or creating accounts.
• Resolve fan inquiries using available tools and resources.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of client products and services.
