Job summary

TrustArc Inc is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to be the technical backbone of our sales cycle from Canada. You will partner with the Sales team to unpack privacy challenges, architect secure solutions, and champion the platform's value.

You will lead deep technical discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, own POCs and pilot programs, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap. This remote role offers strong compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Software Engineering with direct customer engagement.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and modern integration patterns.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

Technical Discovery & Strategy: Partner with Sales to lead deep technical discovery and shape solution strategy for enterprise opportunities.
Tailored Demonstrations: Create and deliver bespoke product demos and technical workshops that articulate platform value.
End-to-End Evaluation Ownership: Own POCs and pilots from start to finish, define success criteria, and remove blockers.
