Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to own organic content for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all channels, creating daily posts and building an engaged community. You will craft hooks, captions, and short-form videos, plan the weekly content calendar, spot trends, and drive growth from two brands while collaborating with the founder.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running organic social for a DTC or consumer brand.
• Experience creating and publishing content personally.
• Ability to grow multi-brand social accounts.
• Strong graphics and short-form video skills.
• Native-level written English.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy for KittySpout and DoggySpout.
• Plan weekly calendars per brand and platform.
• Create, publish daily content and shoot/edit video.
• Spot trends and publish content the same day.
• Manage community: respond to comments/DMs within 24h.
• Prepare weekly performance reports.
