Goodie Bag is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Video Editing Intern. You will manage Instagram and TikTok content, create Reels and Stories, and work closely with the founders to build a content calendar. The role offers fully remote hours, 10–20 hours per week for a 6-month internship with a monthly stipend of $800.

You will leverage an existing content library, gain hands-on experience in creative work and performance analysis, and contribute to market launches and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for social media trends and storytelling.
• Hands-on with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut or similar).
• Familiarity with graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma).
• Strong writing and editing skills and an eye for visual detail.
• Organized self-starter who can juggle multiple content streams and deadlines.
• Basic comfort with data: read platform analytics and spot performance patterns.
• Bonus: TikTok experience or coordinating influencers.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: write captions, design visuals, and edit short-form videos for Reels and TikTok.
• Cross-Posting: publish across Instagram and TikTok with tailored captions and formats.
• Video Editing: craft engaging clips with captions, branding, and music.
• Account Management: manage comments, DMs, and daily engagement.
• Content Calendar: plan and own the calendar with founders.
• Market Launch Prep: localize social assets for new markets and partners.
• Future Marketing: contribute to email campaigns and brand partnerships.
• 5 posts per week: 3 Reels + 2 static posts; daily Stories; ongoing management.
