Zscaler, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our Canada team in a remote capacity, reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering. You will articulate technical product value to customers and help shape security solutions.

Responsibilities include delivering presentations, gathering requirements, leading evaluations, and guiding customers through test plans to successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in sales engineering or network systems integration and a strong

Qualifications

Demonstrate strong AI fluency by leveraging coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and solution design.
5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
Proven cybersecurity and networking technical background with hands-on experience in TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet goals.
Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations.
Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes.
