Job summary

Archistar is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Government Solutions, to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations for municipal customers across Canada and North America.

You will be the primary delivery lead between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects stay on time, within scope, and aligned to outcomes in complex, often political environments. Strong stakeholder management required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, implementation management, or program delivery within a customer-facing technology environment.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS, software implementation, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple teams and seniority levels.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, timelines, budgets, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise government implementation projects from contract signature through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Own project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for government customers and strategic partners.
• Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels.
• Facilitate governance meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively resolve delivery issues and risks.
