Job summary

Ranger AI is seeking a Staff/Senior Product Manager for a highly customer-facing, remote role. You will work directly with enterprise customers, understand complex workflows, and design AI-enabled solutions alongside them.

Embedded in key accounts, you will lead discovery, translate requirements for engineering and design, and shape the platform by turning lessons from deployments into reusable capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software.
• Strong experience with enterprise customers and stakeholder management.
• Ability to define clear product requirements from ambiguous feedback.
• Strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, data models and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Understand enterprise customer workflows, pain points, and requirements.
• Lead product and solution discovery for new use cases.
• Design end-to-end solutions, workflows, UX, and integrations.
• Project-manage customer-facing product initiatives from discovery to go-live.
• Write clear product requirements for engineering and design.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure build aligns with needs.
• Identify patterns and turn deployments into reusable platform capabilities.
• Prioritize customer requests, platform investments, and future needs.
• Influence Ranger's product roadmap and monitor post-launch adoption.
