Job summary

Altis Technology is hiring Azure Software Developers (Intermediate and Senior) to join its engineering team. This fully remote opportunity focuses on developing a Microsoft 365 migration SaaS platform with C#, .NET, Azure, and Graph API.

You'll work on backend services, SharePoint/Teams integrations, and AI-assisted development tools, with senior staff shaping architecture and mentoring. Strong English communication and remote collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience for Intermediate candidates
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong hands-on experience developing backend applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, or ASP.NET Core
• Professional experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 development, particularly SharePoint and/or Microsoft Teams
• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Graph API
• Strong experience developing and deploying applications using Microsoft Azure
• Experience building scalable cloud-based applications using service-oriented, microservices, or event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with Git, source control, code reviews, and modern software development practices
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and contribute effectively in an Agile development environment
• Senior candidates should demonstrate advanced technical expertise, architectural understanding, and experience taking ownership of complex software components or solutions

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and cloud-native SaaS solutions using C# and .NET
• Build and enhance applications hosted on Microsoft Azure, leveraging cloud services and serverless technologies
• Develop integrations with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft cloud platforms
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations using Microsoft Graph API
• Develop and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications
• Work with Azure technologies such as Azure Functions, AKS, ACA, and Azure Event Hubs
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 migration capabilities
• Use AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf) to improve coding efficiency
• Participate in software architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code following software engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot application issues, investigate root causes, and implement reliable technical solutions
• Collaborate with software developers, architects, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality software features
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD processes, and continuous improvement of software development workflows
• Participate in Agile/SCRUM development activities, including sprint planning, development, testing, and release preparation
• Senior-level developers will additionally contribute to architectural decisions, technical leadership, complex problem-solving, mentoring, and engineering best practices
