Job summary

Felix is seeking Intermediate and Senior engineers to join the Felix Engineering team. You will build and maintain the proprietary digital healthcare ecosystem, working on front-end (Vue.js) and back-end (PHP/Laravel) systems that power patients, practitioners and pharmacists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building scalable web applications as a full-stack engineer.
• Leadership skills to unblock and lead development teams.
• Clear communication around technical concepts and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and move projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Build back-end and front-end systems with scalable architecture and databases.
• Write code to support product launches and new markets in Canada.
• Improve platform reliability through testing, observability, and monitoring, and identify optimizations.
• Manage inter-team communication to ensure efficient delivery and establish engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers to grow the team.
