Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a remote-first team. You will build and maintain financial models, forecast and budget, and prepare leadership-ready reports from anywhere, while the team operates out of Kimberley.

The role emphasizes independent work, strategic insights, and rigorous financial analysis to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A, solid Excel/ERP/BI skills, and a track record of communicating complex financial information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• CMA, CPA, CFA designation or progress towards one is a strong asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and valuation methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and ERP/BI software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
