Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Clinical System Designer based in Canada. You will design and implement clinical systems that support the successful execution of clinical trials, translating study protocols into effective database solutions and system specifications.

You will lead CRF development, edit check programming, and QA, coordinating with study teams and project leads while contributing to decisions around timelines, scope, and database changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Experience designing and implementing clinical systems for trials.
• Hands-on knowledge of CDMS and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of clinical systems aligned with study protocols and operational needs.
• Consolidate and finalize high-level system requirements documentation.
• Develop CRFs and Edit Check specifications; support review of library components.
• Conduct QC and peer reviews of database specifications and document findings.
• Lead eCRF and system specification review meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor study activities and manage scope with study leadership.
• Prepare change management documentation for post-production database changes.
• Travel ~10% domestically and internationally as needed.
