Job summary

Viral Nation is seeking a Sr. Associate to join the Performance Marketing pod. You will own campaign build, trafficking, daily optimization, pacing, and QA across paid social channels, with exposure to paid search and programmatic work as needed.

You will collaborate with your Manager on the overarching media plan, run experiments across audiences and creative, and ensure campaigns align with client objectives and platform best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
• Ability to analyze data and surface insights.
• Experience with paid social platforms and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Launch, monitor, optimize, and report on media campaigns across paid social channels.
• Own daily optimization, budget pacing, and in-platform troubleshooting.
• Build and traffic campaigns with self-QA prior to launch.
• Analyze performance data to refine tactics and surface opportunities.
• Support media planning with actuals and audience execution against the plan.
• Run campaign experimentation across audiences, creative, and bidding.
• Evaluate creative and align with platform best practices and client objectives.
• Participate in calls and articulate campaign plans clearly.
