Qualifications

• 7+ years of Android development with Kotlin and Java.
• Experience building video players for Android/Android TV.
• Strong ExoPlayer customization and live streaming optimization.
• Familiarity with DASH and HLS, ABR workflows.
• Experience with video analytics and QoE metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Android video player frameworks for live streaming.
• Customize ExoPlayer components and ABR logic to improve playback performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex playback issues in live streaming environments.
• Integrate and maintain ad technologies (IMA, DAI, SSAI) within the player framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure playback quality across devices.
