Overview

Are you results-oriented, have an interest and experience in sales, and a passion for new technologies? Are you looking for a career that allows you to work from home? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you within the NQX Laval team.

As a bilingual Sales Representative, you will assist small businesses by answering their questions and promoting various products and services offered by Canada's largest telecommunications company. Your excellent sales skills and ability to listen will help you recommend the best communication solutions based on their needs.

What We Offer
  • Hourly compensation of $20/hour during training, increasing to $22/hour afterward.
  • Breakdown of compensation: Base Salary: $16.50, Call bonus: $3.25, Special bonus for the first 7 months: $0.25, Bilingual premium after training: $2.00.
  • Significant monthly performance-based incentives.
  • Complete benefits package after six months, including medical, dental, and life insurance, additional RRSP contributions, and discounts on insurance and telecommunications products and services.
  • Great daytime weekday working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm EST.
  • Fully paid training at our Laval office.
  • Support plan during your first three weeks of in-office work at Laval, including active call handling and sales guidance.
  • Post-training, the option to work from home.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to requests from business customers, discuss products used, and present new solutions.
  • Analyze communication needs and promote appropriate technological solutions such as IP access, Internet services, E-commerce, Web hosting, and Desktop security.
  • Maintain and expand ongoing business relationships with clients.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and French to interact with diverse customers; 30-60% of communication may be in English.
  • Eligibility to work from home includes: minimum 25 MBPS high-speed internet, a secure and quiet workspace, and residence near the NQX centre for potential travel.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, able to handle objections and promote solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of small and medium-sized business environments and challenges.
  • Previous experience in the business market is an asset.
  • Proficiency in computer environments and multitasking.
Training start date: July 7th, 2025
