Job summary

Tim Hortons restaurants are seeking a Restaurant Manager who can empower and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will promote a respectful environment and manage team members with open communication to support the owner in running a successful operation.

You will recruit, train and coach a diverse team to meet Tim Hortons' high standards, plan and execute actions to increase sales and control costs.
