Are you a professional salesperson who would make good use of a highly performance-based compensation structure? If so, we're seeking talents like you to join our team of sales representatives in Toronto.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and participate in the success of Canada's largest telecommunication service provider. This is an ideal position for anyone motivated by results who wants to surpass themselves.

The perks of the position :

• Hourly compensation of $20/hour.
• Base salary: $17.20/hour.
• Special bonus for the first 7 months: $2.80/hour.
• Significant monthly performance-based incentives.
• Complete benefits package after six months, including comprehensive insurance (medical, dental, life), additional RRSP contributions, and discounts on insurance and telecommunications products and services.
• Fully paid training at our Toronto office.
• Support during the first three weeks of in-office work, with guidance and assistance as you take calls and make sales.
• Option to work from home after training, with equipment provided.
• Build trust with customers through empathy, assertiveness, and mastery of sales techniques.
• Respond to requests for TV, Internet, and cell phone services; identify needs, sales opportunities, and tailor solutions.
• Contribute to team success through healthy competition and over-achievement.

Qualifications

• Availability to work up to 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 and midnight. Reside near the training center or able to travel there if needed.
• High-speed internet (at least 25 Mbps) and a quiet, secure workspace.
• Sales experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to work with computers and multitask.
• Interest in technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
