InsuraTec is seeking a Remote Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing virtual team. This role is ideal for professionals who understand how to convert warm leads, follow a proven sales process, and promote valuable financial products—all from home.

We’ve eliminated the guesswork. With our 100% scripted system and 33% conversion rate from sat appointments to closed sales, you can focus on what you do best: engaging clients, closing deals, and building long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Manage inbound leads and schedule virtual consultations

Use a step-by-step scripted process to present and sell life insurance and related services

Create or share marketing content to attract and educate potential clients (training provided)

Promote InsuraTec’s financial products using ethical, client-focused strategies

Track and manage activity in CRM tools and follow up with prospects

Participate in marketing and sales team calls, training, and development meetings

What You Bring:

Life insurance license (required)

Background in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred

Strong communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone

Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic social media marketing

Ability to follow a process, take feedback, and stay self-motivated while working remotely
