Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or related business discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit, internal audit, or related internal control positions.

Responsibilities

• Model core RSM values in interactions with clients and team members.
• Learn industries and serve as trusted advisor to clients.
• Identify risks and assist in testing operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Prepare drafts and follow-ups on client requests; manage budgets and delivery status.
• Develop executive presence and coach associates on policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment and promote RSM brand.
