Job summary

AdmissionPrep Consulting Inc. is expanding its psychology services and seeks a Registered Psychologist to deliver psychoeducational and ADHD assessments for students across Canada. This is a contract-based, fully remote role with flexible scheduling.

You will provide cognitive, academic, and achievement testing, write clear reports, give feedback to families, and coordinate with our teams, following provincial guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Psychologist in your province of practice in Canada.
• Experience conducting psychoeducational, learning disability, and ADHD assessments.
• Ability to write clear, actionable reports for families and schools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments including cognitive, academic, and achievement testing.
• Conduct ADHD assessments with clinical interview, behavior checklists, rating scales, and differential diagnosis.
• Provide comprehensive reports and feedback sessions to students and parents.
• Advise families on accommodations, IEP implications, or disability services documentation when appropriate.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure aligned support for each student.
