Job summary

proSapient is seeking an autonomous Project Manager to lead quantitative survey delivery and client partnerships. You will manage fieldwork, coordinate vendors, and ensure data quality across time zones in a fully remote setup.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in quantitative research, strong client-facing skills, and hands-on experience with Qualtrics, Forsta/Decipher, and Monday.com within a privacy-compliant workflow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in quantitative market research project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building.
• Hands-on with panel/sample providers, fieldwork and data quality.
• Experience handling PII with GDPR/CCPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end survey projects from kickoff to data delivery.
• Advise on survey design, sampling and fieldwork strategies.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors, manage timelines and budgets.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure privacy standards.
• Support late-day launches and project handoffs across time zones.
• Monitor margins and vendor costs, assist with billing.
