Job Description

The ProjectManageris responsible forthe life cycleofourprojects,frommanaging our external supplier tosupportingour internal clientsto ensuresmoothprocess and on time delivery of the projects.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage multiple projectsand technicalknowledgeof our internal tools.

To be successful in this role, you must have stronginterpersonalskills, exceptionalproblem-solvingskillsandexcellentproject management skills.

Establish and organize a kick off call to fully understand of the needs, expectations and requirementsof each team and clearly communicate instructionspertaining toprojectobjectives, timelines, and quality to members of the operations department’s unitsalong with a briefing sheet and project summary.

Dailyproject management in collaboration within theoperations team to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.

Provide regular follow upto internal clients of the projects’status, any potential issues, or issuesencountered.

Provide daily follow up onmethodologicalparameters: number of completes, quotas, duration, response rate, sample status, sample representativeness, quality of external lists,etc.

Define sample plan with statistic department,and email instructions to project supervisors accordingly.

Qualifications

College degree in a related field

Minimum2yearsof experience in the market researchas a project manager

Minimum4years of work experiencein client services

Minimum 2 years of experience with internal tools: Decipher,Sendit, etc.
