Job summary

Fournier & Fils is seeking a Quality Coordinator to monitor field work quality, inspect on-site workmanship and materials, and interpret plans and specifications for project compliance in Ontario. You will report to the Project Manager and supervise crews to keep work progressing smoothly.

The role requires a DEC in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent, plus the ability to read plans, assess field conditions, and propose technical recommendations.

Qualifications

• DEC in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Autonomy in managing unforeseen situations on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control and inspection of work and materials on site.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct field follow-ups and provide technical recommendations.
• Supervise and coordinate crews during the execution of the work.
• Identify issues on site and contribute to finding solutions.
• Work with the project team to ensure quality standards and smooth progress.
