Job summary

SCS Consulting Group Ltd is seeking a Field Technician to perform daily site inspections and monitor construction projects under supervision. Your work supports land development and municipal infrastructure programs across the GTA and surrounding areas.

You will contribute to contract administration, QA/QC services, and project planning tasks while adhering to safety and quality standards. A Civil Engineering degree or diploma and at least two years of field experience are required, along with a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Civil Technology required.
• Minimum two years of field inspection experience on land development projects.
• Knowledge of contract administration services.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspection of construction activities.
• Program management assistance for project planning, scheduling and estimating, engineering, design, construction bid preparation, evaluation and award recommendations, construction oversight, quality control, progress evaluation and payment approval recommendations.
