Welo Data is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to review Trainer submissions for an AI data annotation project. This remote-friendly role requires meticulous review to confirm accuracy and consistency, with feedback provided to improve data quality.

You will verify answers against images, flag issues, and report patterns to the team. A Bachelor's degree and strong French proficiency are required, plus solid English feedback communication.

Responsibilities

• Review tasks submitted by Trainers including the original question, image, and golden answer.
• Independently verify whether the golden answer is correct based on the image.
• Identify and flag incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent answers.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback or corrections to maintain data quality.
• Track recurring error patterns and report to the project team.
• Ensure Trainer output meets the project quality bar before final sign-off.
• Escalate unclear cases to the project team for resolution.
